We set up and optimize processes for fermentation and downstream processing for yeasts and lactic acid bacteria up to the 100 L pilot scale. Subsequent process steps such as freeze drying and spray-drying or extractions are established in house for the production of product samples.
Our process development includes:

- parallel fermentations in laboratory scale up to 500 mL
- fermentations in 5 L, 20 L and 150 L format
- transfer of established protocols to contract manufacturers for industrial production.
